Trauma Therapy/ EMDR

Memories and early life experiences shape our personalities and behavior. If you find yourself getting stuck in negative patterns in life or relationships, a deep and effective form of therapy called EMDR may be the answer for you. EMDR stands for ‘eye movement desensitization and reprocessing’ and it is an evidence based approach to therapy which targets the mind and the body to process painful life moments where we feel stuck. (e.g., never feeling like we are enough, feeling invisible, not being able to get close to people).

I use EMDR, internal family systems and emotionally focused therapy to help my clients deeply change their distress and feel more present, safe, and less anxious in their lives in general and relationships with others.
